Tour Itinerary:

Kerala tour package is designed to cover most of the tourist attraction of south india. Traveler from Bangladesh has to fly to Cochin airport or they may to travel by train to Cochin too.

.Day 1: Cochin – Munnar
On arrival meet & assistance at Cochin airport. Proceed to Munnar. On your way visit tea and spice plantations, Cheeyappara waterfalls, view point etc. Arrive Munnar and check in your hotel . Rest of the day free for your own activities. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Munnar
After breakfast, proceed for Munnar full day Sightseeing. Overnight at hotel in Munnar.

Day 3: Munnar – Thekkady
After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady. Transfer to hotel & relax. Afternoon, proceed for sightseeing – The Periyar wildlife sanctuary is thick evergreen forest, declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar river adds to the charm of the park. You can also do a things in Thekkady like – Boat cruises on the Periyar lake, visit cardamom, pepper, tea & coffee plantation. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Thekkady – Alleppey
Morning after breakfast proceed to Alleppey , where you will be booked to stay overnight on the Houseboat. Staying in Houseboat is breathtakingly stimulating experience. While sailing down a maze of canals one sees different scenes from the villages, paddy fields, coconut palms, fisherman and local life. Lunch, evening tea & snacks, dinner next day breakfast and will be provided in the boat. The cool breeze from the Lake make you sleep early in the night after anchoring in a fancy place. Overnight at Houseboat.

Day 5: Alleppey – Kovalam
After breakfast, transfer to hotel at Kovalam. Later go for half day city tour covering covering Museum complex, Sri. Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology museum, Veli tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 6: Kovalam
Full day free at the resort for Ayurveda treatment and enjoy the resort facilities or visit to Kovalam Beach. This internationally renowned beach has been a favorite haunt of tourists since the 1930s. Kovalam consists of three adjacent crescent beaches. The southernmost as the light house beach, is the most popular. Overnight at hotel in Kovalam.

Day 7: Trivandrum / Cochin Drop
After breakfast check out the hotel and drop at Trivandrum airport / Railway station.

What is the cost of air ticket from Dhaka ?

The flight generally route through Delhi or Bombay. The route can be from Dhaka > Kolkata > Delhi / Bombay > Cochin. Average early bird cost is BDT 38,000. The journey will be 10-12 hrs with multiple transit.

Is there any other options like Train / Bus to travel ?

From Howrah and Shalimar Station you can get the train that goes Cochin (Ernakulam Town) and takes almost 01 day and 17 Hrs. Some train in this route has train exchange. Depending on date the return cost would be INR 5500 to INR 9800. The names of the trains are:

You can travel to Kolkata by Air (App. BDT 10,000 for return) or by Bus/Train (App. BDT 4,000 for return). From Kolkata, you can travel by Train that will take 01-03 days depending on your destination. In middle you may have to switch trains. Deshghuri can arrange all related train tickets from Kolkata.

What other expense tourist may have to incur ?

Apart from package cost, you will require food cost and entry fee cost. If you want to go for shopping in free time, you have the expense of local transport cost. Apart from that no other cost be incurred.

Why food and Entry Fee is not included ?

Deshghuri generally do not include food in the itinerary to give freedom to the guest to chose their own menu. In India, most of the restaurants in the highway offer Vegetarian Menu. That might not be appropriated by the guest traveling from Bangladesh. Thus we allow guest to try their own menu.
