8 Days : Explore Archaeological sites of Bangladesh 

Day 1: Arrival and Hotel Check-in

• After your arrival, our representative will meet up at airport and will transfer you to Hotel. You will check-in and relax on the day. Our guide will accompany you and help you to roam you around.
• Overnight Stay: Dhaka

Day 2: Dhaka and City Tour

• After breakfast, you will explore the heritage, culture and history of Dhaka city on the very last day of the tour. Starting in the morning, you will be taken to all the top tourist attractions of Dhaka, covering Parliament house, Dhaka University area, Dhakweswari Temple, Lalbug Fort.
• As you are exploring archaeological sites of bangladesh, we will add some mugal stablishment around Dhaka that are not being tourist attractition but used for different purposes. Among which there will be mosque and temples.
• If you love food, you may experience Dhakaya Beriyany in the lunch and also will keep exploring the long list of Street Food along the way. After lunch, the guide will route you through tiny allays of old Dhaka to explore Star Mosque, Armenian Church and Pink Palace.
• In the evening, you will visit shadarghar area to check of the rush culture around river port of Bangladesh.

Day 3: Visit Kantajee Temple and Sompur Mahavihara

• After breakfast, you will leave the hotel and fly to Saidpur by a 45min flight. You will be visiting Chini Mosque which is a of early 19th century and beautifully decorated with ceramic pieces.
• Then you will step into the most beautiful temple in Bangladesh that has whole Ramayon written in terracotta artwork in its wall, the Kantajee Temple.
• On the way, to Bogra, you will visit Sompur Mahavihara, an important archaeological site and one of the ancient universities in South Asia which is one of the three UNESCO Heritage sites of Bangladesh.
• In the evening, you will step into hotels in Bogra.
• Overnight: Bogra

Day 4: Ancient capital of the Pundra Kingdom and Temple Complex

• After breakfast you will explore Mahasthangarh (Pundranagar), the ancient capital of Pundravardhana is located 11 km (6.8 mi) north of Bogra which is the oldest archiological site of Bangladesh.
• You will drive to Puthia and explore the Puthia Rajbari and Temple Complex, an example of Indo-Saracenic Revival architecture, Nature Rajbari, Borendro Museum in Rajshahi.
• In the evening, you may scroll around the Ganges (Padma River area) and also do a short city tour to explore the cleanest city in the Bangladesh.
• Overnight: Rajshahi

Day 5: Train Journey to Khulna

• Early in the morning, at 6AM or 2PM whichever is convenient for your (need to be informed us during confirmation), we will start a train journey to Khulna. On the way, you will explore some beautiful landscape of Bangladesh. Reaching Khulna you will check-in to hotel and relax for the day.
• Depending on train timing, they guide will do local sightseeing and food expedition tour to cover the trust of expedition and photography.
• Overnight: Khulna

Day 6: UNESCO Heritage, The Mosque City of Bagherhut

• After the breakfast at 9 AM, we will start our tour. You will be driven to The Mosque City of Bagherhut which is a UNESCO World Heritage site (2.5 hrs drive) and one of the most significant archeological sites of the country.
• It will be a 1 hrs drive to Bagherhut. There are numbers of mosques among which, you will explore the famous 60 Dome Mosque of 15th century and the shrine of Khan Jahan Ali. The mosques are made of hand-made bricks with terracotta artworks, representing the rich heritage of pasts. You will visit the Khan Jahan Ali stupa and 2/3 other ancient establishment.
• We will get back to Khulna for lunch and afterwards you will have a 4 hrs bus journey to Dhaka reaching late in the evening.
• Overnight: Dhaka

Day 7: Explore Old Capital of Sonargaon and Buddhist Heritage Sites

• After breakfast, you will drive using the main highway of the country towards Chittagong.
• On the way, you will step In to Old Capital of Bengal Panam City. You will meet the rich and true heritage of Bengal by stepping into renovated buildings like Sardarbari along with surrounded folk museum, touch terracotta decorations and wood carving collections in the architecture of old community building of rich merchandise businessman, Goaldi mosque is the oldest single dome mosque built 16 AD.
• You will visit the oldest Buddhist ruins known as Mainamoti. Mainamoti, the kingdom was flourished during the 8th AD and a lot of Buddhist monasteries were built during that period under state supervision.
• You may step in to the Salbon Vihara Museum, and other sites like Itakhola mura, around the area.
• In the evening, you will get drive back to Dhaka
• Overnight: Dhaka

Day 8: Drop to Airport

• Depending on your flight schedule or at the late evening, we will drop you to airport.
