Detail of 04 Day Bangladesh Travel Itinerary:

Day 1: Dhaka City Tour and Overnight Steamer

10:00 am to 5:30pm: We will meet you at your place of residence or hotel and start our tour with Dhaka City tour. You will be taken to all the top tourist attraction of Dhaka. Covering Parliament house, Dhaka University area, .Dhakweswari Temple, Lalbug Fort, Star Mosque, Armenian Church, Pink Palace etc. The day’s activity will end at Shadarghat; the steamer terminal which is one of the most crowded places of Dhaka. 6pm to Overnight: After experiencing the busy port, you will ride in the so called traditional Steamer, a century old paddle steamer. You will have dinner dining at 8:30 pm. You can step outside for to breathe fresh air and take a look of the surrounding areas. Overnight stay in vessel.

Latest Update: Rocket steamer is not available now and all of them are out of regular service from march 2022.

Day 2: Visit Mosque City of Bagherhut and Sundarban, 02 UNESCO World Heritage Site

5:30am to 7am: Our guide will call you up at 5:45am in the morning and you will check-in to the Hotel. After getting freshen-up and having breakfast, you will start your journey to explore UNESCO world heritage, the mosque city of Bagherhut. It will be a 2.5 hours of drive.

7am to 1:30pm: You will explore the ancient mosques around Bagherhut area. If it is not Sunday, you can explore an archeological small museum in 60 dome mosque area. Afterword, you will have lunch and move towards Mongla area.

2:30pm to 6:30pm: Your Bangladesh travel itinerary will never be completed without Sundarban. Though it takes 03 days to do to explore Sundarban, you will get a glimpses of Sundarban at Karamjal. Reaching Mongla, you will ride on country boat to reach Karamjal, the first forest station inside Sundarban forest area. Karamjal is a breading sanctuary for deer and crocodiles. You can get a clear glimpse of the Sundarban as you will walk through wooden path inside forest. 6:30pm to 9:00pm: The sun will set and the birds will fly back to their nests as you will get back to Mongla. You will find ships crossing by to the second largest port of Bangladesh and some economic activities as you make your return journey.

You will get back to Barishal to stay overnight.

Day 3: Back Water Tour and Return River Cruise Journey

5:30am to 8:30am: In 04 Days Bangladesh travel itinerary, floating market, backwater riverine trip is one of the main attractions for culture lover. In order to catch the floating market, you’ll need an early start. Traveling via Tuk Tuk, you will have on the go breakfast and reach the bank of Shondha River from where you will start backwater trip.

8:30am to 5pm: You will be exploring the backwater trip and riverside life of Bangladesh by local engine boat. On the path you will find unique floating vegetable gardens, colorful floating market. If it’s during the rainy season, you may find a wood boat market along with Guava Market most of the day. You’ll move through rivers and canals, where you’ll learn about different fishing techniques and how the river plays a lively part in village life. You’ll have lunch in a homely restaurant and after you’ll take a trip to the Guthia Mosque.

6:00pm to overnight: You will start the return overnight journey to Dhaka by modern water vessel. We will book first class cabin for you and if you desire, we may book VIP room with private toilet and balcony. If your trip lands on a full moon, you’ll be able to enjoy the view of moon light dropping in the river. To get a better view, you may get to the top floor of 03 storied steamer. As you pass by, you will cross calm villages that you have explored this morning.

Dinner will be served on your cabin and overnight stay in vessel that will cruise to Dhaka.

Day 4: Early Morning Hotel/Airport Drop

You will reach Dhaka at 5:30am in the morning and our 04 Days Bangladesh travel itinerary comes to a close by dropping you to your hotel or airport in Dhaka.

Special Note for this Tour:

• The 04 days best of Bangladesh travel itinerary tour is available 07 days a week and around the year.
• Rocket steamer is available on Friday to Sunday and Wednesday from Dhaka. To tour in other day, we will use modern vessel and try to catch Paddle/Rocket steamer on return journey. Other modern vessel starts at 8:30PM and we will adjust the time accordingly.
